Ultrasonic Bolt Load Testing: Our certified technicians deliver DNV-GL and TÜV-compliant preload testing using the Ultrasonic Fastener Inspection method. This removes the need for costly and unnecessary retightening campaigns by validating actual bolt tension with +/- 2% accuracy.

Targeted Tensioning & Retightening: Where required, we provide fast, safe bolt tensioning using hydraulic tensioners, torque tools, and nutrunners. Work can be performed as part of planned maintenance or following inspection results.

Foundation & Nacelle Integrity Assurance: We support bolted joint inspection and tensioning across all turbine zones—from submerged foundation flanges to nacelle interface bolts. Our technicians operate with rope access, confined space, and electrical safety certification, ensuring that even the most inaccessible bolts are inspected and tensioned safely and efficiently.

Data-Driven Asset Management: All inspection data is logged to the BoltWatch cloud platform, allowing asset managers to track preload trends, flag early signs of relaxation, and build a predictive maintenance strategy.
