Peter oversees daily operations, staff, and business development initiatives. With seven years of experience in the oil and gas industry before moving into Wind, he also helped develop the UK’s first wind farm. In 2015, he co-founded CPower alongside Tsvetelina, reflecting his long-term commitment to sustainable energy.

Tsvetelina manages the company’s finances, overseeing budgets, cash flow, daily operations, and the recruitment team. With a solid background in accounting and finance, she brings both strategic insight and hands-on experience to ensuring the business runs efficiently and continues to grow.

Colin leads the Operations Department, drawing on extensive experience in managing and delivering complex offshore construction projects. He oversees project progress, manpower levels, and contingency strategies to ensure operations run efficiently, safely, and according to plan.

David is responsible for preparing and coordinating safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments, ensuring that all operations are carried out in line with the highest safety standards and regulatory requirements, while promoting a strong safety culture across the organisation.

Kelly is central to building and maintaining client relationships while supporting business development to secure new clients. With 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, she brings valuable industry knowledge, market insight, and a strong understanding of client needs to her role.

With 17 years of experience in administration and 12 years in HR and team management, Jessica oversees internal and external HR and supports the Managing Director with a range of tasks. As Compliance Lead, she manages audit preparation, personnel certification checks, and company policies.

Arnold ensures the smooth operation of OIMS and Fastfield by maintaining and supporting key digital systems across the organisation. He manages system updates, user administration, and automated processes, enabling efficient and reliable business workflows.

With 12 years of experience in administration, Marie co-ordinates the Consultancy and Operations Department. Her role involves supporting team operations, coordinating internal processes, and providing administrative and project support to ensure smooth delivery across the team.

Nadia brings 16 years of administrative experience, supporting with administration for the Consultancy and Operations Department. She supports the team with operational coordination, internal communication, and ongoing administrative and project support to ensure seamless delivery.

Dawn brings 10 years of experience overseeing a wide range of financial processes and supporting the company’s overall financial management. She maintains accurate records, strengthens financial controls, and helps ensure the business operates smoothly and efficiently.

Sille works as a Marketing and Communications assistant in the Denmark-based department, supporting marketing activities, content creation, and day-to-day communication tasks. Alongside her role, she studies International Business Communication, strengthening her practical work.
